Orders

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you have a change of heart regarding your order, fret not! You have a 24-hour window to cancel it by simply sending us an email at hi@atelierinda.com. We'll swiftly process the cancellation and ensure you receive a full refund. As we typically ship within 2 days of order placement, it's imperative to notify us within this timeframe if you wish to cancel.

 

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal.

What currency is the website in?

By default, our currency is Euro. However, you can seamlessly switch to US dollars by utilizing the "currency" tab located in the top left bar.

 

Shipping

What courier service do you use for shipping?

Rest assured, we entrust Colissimo and carriers for large and heavy items for shipments within France. For international shipments, we rely on Chronopost, DPD and UPS.

How much does shipping cost?

Delightfully, we offer complimentary shipping for all orders exceeding 200 euros (excluding bulky, heavy, and oversized products). For orders below this threshold, the shipping costs will be clearly indicated during the validation of your order.

 

When will my order be shipped?

For items currently in stock, expect us to ship within 1-2 days post-confirmation of your order. Additionally, we offer a pre-order option for select items, with estimated shipping times detailed in the description. For made-to-order items, anticipate a delivery time of 2 to 3 months.

Should I expect import taxes / duties when I receive my order?

Import taxes vary by country. It's the responsibility of the customer to verify and pay any applicable import taxes upon delivery, if charged (to be paid directly to the carrier if applicable).

 

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is on way, you will receive an email containing the tracking link for your convenience.

Why didn’t my order arrive within the specified delivery time?

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays can occur. Please understand that we make every effort to expedite your order, but we cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays beyond our control.

 

Returns / Refunds

What is our return policy?

We extend returns and refunds exclusively in the event of a defective item upon receipt. Kindly notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item if any defects are present, providing pictures inside and outside the package. Refunds will be issued within 7 days upon receipt of the return package, following inspection and validation by our After Sales Service.

For items returned due to a change of mind or preference for natural variations in patterned items such as wood, rattan, ceramic, etc., we regret to inform that returns are not accepted. Please note that handmade products may exhibit slight variations, which are inherent to their charm and are not considered defects. Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

What about custom-made items?

Custom-made items are eligible for refunds only if they are defective or incorrect.

Can you help me choose the right size?

Where can I find the care instructions for my item?

Care instructions can be found conveniently sewn inside all textile items. You can also find them on our website on the 'Care Guide' page as well as on one of the cards that accompanies your order.

An item I want is out of stock, when will it come back?

If an item you desire is temporarily out of stock, simply enter your email address on the product page, and you'll receive an automatic notification upon its restocking.
