Terms of service

Inda Atelier offers no warranty of any kind on its products. Our items are handmade by Indonesian craftsmen; they may have slight flaws, cracks or imperfections; some pieces may have a type of wood binding putty that gives them a unique character as no two pieces will be the same; this is not considered a defect. The materials used are natural and raw; they may differ in color and shape. Teak and suar wood contain natural oils that over time may patina to a light gray; slight cracks may appear; this is the heritage and style of the wood; if you prefer the golden color of teak wood, we recommend using a teak sealer rather than teak oil; the latter can be used to maintain the original color and slow the fading process. We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions stated in this document without prior notice.

Our items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. We can not assume any responsibility once the part or order has left our warehouse for any breakage or damage during shipping. The responsibility of the carrier will be engaged.

PURCHASES
Any order placed through our online store constitutes a declaration by you to purchase the item in question in accordance with our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order you place using our website for any reason. We advise you to carefully select our products. Every effort has been made to ensure that our products/colors are accurately represented, the different color calibrations of each system may have an impact on the reproduction of your screen. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund if our manufacturer informs us that they are unable to supply a particular item. They require skilled labor to manufacture our line and labor shortages may occur from time to time.

PRICES

All the prices are indicated in Euro and or in the currency of your country of residence. Inda Atelier reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable shipping and handling charges. International shipping may require payment of duties and taxes which are payable by the customer and advised by the carrier.

PRE-ORDERS / BACKORDERS / CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders must be paid in full in order for your order to go into production; if the order is cancelled for any reason, full payment will be taken and is non-refundable. Delivery dates are approximate and are for reference only. We will make every effort to have your order shipped as soon as possible. As our pieces are handmade, we are sometimes affected by delays beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel production of any product in our collection. In this case, the payment received for the order will be refunded to the customer.

Pre-orders, back orders and custom orders must be paid in full, including optional shipping charges. Orders must be picked up or shipped from our warehouse within 10 days of arrival at our warehouse; we do not hold orders under any circumstances; if this time frame is not met, your order may be cancelled and full payment/deposit will not be refunded.
