Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, please allow two business days for your order to be shipped from our warehouse. Our carrier will notify you of the expected delivery date and relevant tracking information via text message or email so that you can track your delivery. For large items, the carrier may need to contact you to make an appointment. Please note that if the delivery date changes after your order has left our warehouse, we have no control as we use external courier services.

Our freight service is a delivery service to your front door only. Due to the nature of our courier service, they can not help you move furniture inside your home. Our furniture is delivered already assembled in one piece.

If no one is home to receive your delivery and you would like your order to be left unattended without the carrier obtaining a signature, please leave a message in the “Comments” section at checkout and indicate a safe place where your order can be left. Inda Atelier is not able to assume responsibility for your order once it has been delivered.

The shipping costs for your item are calculated and indicated in the product description at the checking out.

Please note that purchases made over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the following business day.

We use a variety of trusted logistics partners for shipping services to deliver your parts quickly and safely. Because some of our items are large, oversized, or heavy, we have worked to absorb as much of the transportation costs as possible in our shipments.

SHIPPING
Our shipping service is a standard service only to your front door or for items on a pallet or curbside delivery. Please note that this service does not include unpacking, furniture placement or trash removal.

If your situation after shipment requires a new delivery – rerouting or additional assistance – additional charges will be incurred. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be payable to Inda Atelier before the delivery is finalized.

OVERSIZED/HEAVY ITEMS

If an item is oversized or heavy, this will be detailed in the product description. Additional shipping charges will apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our international shipping charges are calculated in Euros; they do not include import duties or taxes; they are based on the country – specific to the designated shipping address. These costs are the responsibility of the customer who will be informed through the carrier.
