Refund policy
RETURNS
Returns and refunds are offered in the event that your item is defective upon receipt. Please notify us directly within 24 hours of receiving the item if it is defective, with pictures inside and outside the package.
Our items are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible, once the item or order has left our warehouse, for any breakage or damage during transport/shipping. The carrier will be responsible for this.
We do not accept the return of goods if the circumstances are a change of mind or a preference for a natural variation of patterned items such as wood, rattan, ceramic, etc. Most Inda Atelier products are handmade, therefore some variation between each piece will be evident and will vary. Due to the construction of our products, our oversized rattan and wood items are shipped fully assembled. The surface of the natural and handmade pieces are designed to showcase the natural grains, textures and differences of each piece; these variations are not considered a defect. We do not offer returns for problems that may arise.
Returns and refunds will be processed once all goods have been returned to Inda Atelier for further inspection and will then be approved for refund by our team. We will make every effort to replace the item as soon as possible or we will arrange a full refund if your item is out of stock or if you prefer a refund, please note that the refund will be for the item only, excluding any shipping costs, in accordance with French consumer law.
